Janet Mutasa- is the Managing Partner and administers the practice on a daily basis.  She is a PricewaterhouseCoopers trained Chartered Accountant with extensive audit and financial administration experience.  She has previously headed the Business Services Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers – Bulawayo office and then became Manager of the PricewaterhouseCoopers, national and regional accounting and finance function.

 

Janet gained extensive commercial experience as Group Financial Controller of National Foods Limited concentrating on tax administration, divisional, company and group accounting reporting requirements and preparation and publication of annual reports.

Janet brings to the practice, invaluable expertise and experience.  Janet won the Tax Award in her Final Qualifying Examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

 

Noel Mutasa- is the Marketing, Client Relations and Corporate Finance Partner.   He trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers before leaving as Manager to join commerce and industry.  He rose rapidly to Group Finance Executive, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.  Noel left formal employment to go into business in 2001.  He has several other business interests and sits on several Boards of private and public companies including a large pension fund.

 

Noel concentrates on marketing and business development.  His portfolio further includes audits, new project proposals, business valuations and performance audits,  re-engineering, systems and procedures, due diligence exercises, risk assessments, training and corporate finance.

Support staff  

The practice is supported by 5 (five) accounting and consulting personnel led by Beauty Hwindizi, who has been with the firm for over 7 years and is the key and front liaison of the practice.
